I just thought I would tell you about the experience I had today with the gemsoles and the mask.
I
got my daughter on the bus and as soon as I came inside the house, I
started getting a really bad visual aura (for those of you who don't
experience migraines its like when a camera flash goes off in front of
your face - and all you see is jagged lights everywhere) - alerting me
that a bad migraine was on the way. Normally, I would have immediately
grabbed whatever pain meds I had & taken them right away. Today I
decided to use myself as a guinea pig and just try wearing
the gemsoles with the eye mask. I was a little worried because I had
lots to do today and I didn't want to be in debilitating pain if it
didn't work. I am happy to say that not only did it work well with no
pain meds but I think I actually felt better than I normally do when I
take pain meds. As an added bonus the mask had a very cooling, soothing
effect on my head.
Just
thought I would pass it along. Since using the gemsoles & mask
regularly I have so far, not had to take any ibuprofen for
anything....migraines, sciatic pain etc. Greg is wearing the gemsoles
as well and ditto for him.....I am a believer for sure!
